This legal notice governs the use of the website dennystours.com (hereinafter, "the site"), owned by Dennys Puello Tours and Travel. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of the terms described here.

3. Booking conditions

• A booking is confirmed with the payment of the deposit indicated at the time of booking.
• The deposit must be made within the time limit set when the booking is created; after that time the booking expires automatically.
• Once the payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• The spot is reserved in your name and is not transferable without prior authorization.

4. Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour may qualify for a refund or a date change, subject to review by our team.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour, or not showing up on the day of the tour, are not eligible for a refund.
• If Dennys Tours cancels the tour due to force majeure (weather conditions, safety situations, etc.), a date change or a full refund will be offered.

5. Liability

Dennys Tours is committed to providing the services described for each tour with the established quality and safety standards. However:

• We are not responsible for personal injuries resulting from the participant not following the safety instructions.
• Participants in outdoor activities (tubing, camping, etc.) assume the risks inherent to those activities.
• Dennys Tours is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Dennys Puello Tours and Travel or of its respective authors, and is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is offered "as is" and Dennys Tours does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the site at any time without prior notice.
